How to Request Help

In general, please follow these guidelines and the model below to obtain help with LoboTime issues.

- If you are a user that is experiencing issues with LoboTime please contact your immediate Supervisor.

- If you are a Supervisor or Timekeeper who is experiencing issues, please contact your LoboTime Agent, following the diagram below. Your Agent will then contact the appropriate area to escalate the issue if necessary.

- If you are a LoboTime Agent, please see the model below to troubleshoot the issue. If the issue is not resolved in Student Employment, HR, or Payroll, please act as the point of contact when opening a ticket with IT at Help.UNM.   Please submit your help ticket in this format: LT Help Ticket
